We couldn't be homeowners without Chiltons! From their help with simpler projects like installing baby gates and mounting baby monitors to trickier things like hanging ceiling fans and rewiring electrical outlets, they truly have helped with almost everything around our house. We're so grateful not only for their practical help, but also their trustworthiness and kindness in advising us on the best and most cost effective options to keep our home running smoothly.

I have used Chilton's several times for various projects and a few emergencies. I have always been really pleased with the outcome because Simeon pays close attention to detail. In addition, he has always been cordial, professional, and on time. Using Chilton's for any project is highly recommended.

We have used Chilton's for a very long time for everything from painting exterior light fixtures to staining front door to cleaning gutters and reworking a sliding back door. Their workmanship is impeccable and they are always on time

Simeon and his team are hands down some of my favorite to work with. They pay attention to every detail, complete their work in a timely manner, and offer a fair price. Every project Simeon has worked on I have felt like we are getting his best work. Definitely would recommend him to anyone!

I have used Chilton's for many years for everything from cleaning windows to handyman services (house leaks, furniture refinishing, light hanging, floor tile replacement, laying wood flooring) They are skilled, timely and fair priced. I recommend asking them to do anything!

Chilton's is my go -to company for window cleaning, painting both interior and exterior, as well as any odd job that I need done. Don and Simeon have been absolutely first class in all regards. They have washed windows for more than one of my residences over time, they recently painted the exterior of our home, namely the trim and the gutters, and probably one of the most awesome things they did was build and install a wall-to-wall custom bookshelf, turning an otherwise drab space into a beautiful library, primarily for my wife. Thank you Don and Simeon for your expert craftsmanship in so many ways. And please answer my call when I reach out again because I will have other things for you to do!

We contacted Chilton's when we were preparing our home to put on the market. The house had good bones, but after 15 years of living there, needed quite a bit of TLC prior to placing no the market. Chilton's crew did an amazing job, tackling all of the little projects we knew were needed, and working steadfast to ensure a few surprises would not cost us more than necessary. I would have no trouble recommending Simeon and his crew to any friend or neighbor. The were honest, priced competitively, and their ethic superb.

We have had the fortunate pleasure of working with Don Chilton and his son, Simeon for over 10 years. It started with window cleaning and now, we call on them for everything! From window cleaning, power washing, changing light bulbs and batteries in smoke detectors as our ceilings are too high for ladder, changing out toilets and other appliances, painting, and more. They are always on time with job completion and reasonable in costs. They are certainly a business we can trust….and that's not always easy to find these days!
