Pressure Washing in Lewisville, TX
Driveways, sidewalks, patios and siding brought back without damaging the surface underneath.

We clean driveways, sidewalks, patios, decks and siding. Surfaces differ, and so should the approach: flat concrete takes a surface cleaner, which is a rotating bar under a hood that produces an even finish instead of the wand-shaped stripes you get from waving a pressure lance around.
Not everything should be blasted. Wood and siding take a low-pressure wash with the cleaning done by solution and dwell time rather than force. High pressure on cedar tears the soft grain out from between the harder rings and leaves a furred surface that then holds dirt worse than before it was cleaned. On siding it drives water up behind the boards, which is a problem that shows up later and somewhere else.
Most of what darkens a north-facing surface in this climate is biological: algae, mildew, lichen. Pressure alone knocks the surface off and it returns quickly. A proper clean treats the growth so it stays gone appreciably longer.
Timing matters if sealing or staining is on the list. Cleaning is the prep step, and the surface has to be fully dry before anything goes on top, so it is worth booking the two together rather than as separate jobs weeks apart.

Common questions
- Will pressure washing damage my siding or deck?
- Not the way we do it. Wood and siding take a low-pressure wash where the cleaning is done by solution and dwell time. High pressure tears the soft grain out of cedar and can drive water up behind siding boards.
- Why does my driveway have stripes after a wash?
- That is a pressure lance waved by hand. Flat concrete should be done with a surface cleaner, a rotating bar under a hood, which gives an even finish with no wand marks.
- How long will it stay clean?
- Most of what darkens a north-facing surface here is algae and mildew. Pressure alone knocks it off and it returns quickly; treating the growth keeps it away appreciably longer.
- Can you clean and then stain?
- Yes, and it is worth booking together. Cleaning is the prep step and the surface has to dry fully before anything goes on top.
