Looks

Honestly, this one looks like the business Simeon and Don run. The current site opens on a stock photo of a drill; this one opens on the real work and the name.
How I checked: Screenshots of both homepages, same width.
A note from Aaryan at Zentora
This page is a note to you. Everything else on this site is the website I built for you.
You might not remember, but we met at the Cerulean Blue Coffee House at Parker's Square last summer. You told me you'd met someone at the gym who was doing SEO, and you were thinking about working with him. At the time I was running Google Ads for home-service businesses around Flower Mound. We didn't end up working together.
A few months later, in August 2025, I started working exclusively with a home builder and remodeler in Dallas. I have a whole website that shows what I did for him. If you don't feel like going through all of it, here are the highlights.
What I did for a Dallas builder this year
618,000 Google search impressions in six months, up from almost none, no ad spend. Straight from Search Console.

You don't pay a cent. All you'd do is point your domain's nameservers at it, and I'll walk you through it. It takes about fifteen minutes. And it doesn't just look better than your current site. It also does all of this:
Old site vs new

Honestly, this one looks like the business Simeon and Don run. The current site opens on a stock photo of a drill; this one opens on the real work and the name.

This is Google's own PageSpeed test, the same one it uses to help decide rankings. On a phone it scores the current homepage 59 out of 100; this one scores 93. The old page ships about five times the data over twice as many requests, so its main image takes 8.5 seconds to appear where this one takes 2.8. On a phone in a driveway that is the gap between a page that is ready and one that is still loading.
How I checked: Both homepages run through Google PageSpeed Insights on mobile, 2026-07-24. Performance 59 vs 93; largest image at 8.5s vs 2.8s; page weight about 5.0 MB / 39 requests vs 0.9 MB / 18.
This is the big one. Right now all eight services share a single page, so when someone searches "window cleaning Flower Mound" or "fence staining Highland Village," there is no page built to answer it. Google can only rank a page that exists. The new site has one for each service, each written around the term people type. (The old site also still has a leftover "sample-page" from when it was set up.)
How I checked: Their page-sitemap.xml lists a single /services/ page; the new site has eight service pages plus city coverage.
Schema is the hidden label that tells Google and AI assistants exactly what a business is. The current site says "a website." This one says "a home and construction business in Lewisville, with these eight services, these hours, this address, and answers to these questions", which is also what gets a business quoted by AI assistants.
How I checked: JSON-LD parsed from both homepages. Theirs: WebSite, WebPage, BreadcrumbList, SearchAction. This site: HomeAndConstructionBusiness, Service, FAQPage, Person, PostalAddress, OpeningHoursSpecification, GeoCoordinates and more.
Something to bring people in
The new site has a Tools page with two things the old one never had: a window cleaning cost estimator and a short "what does your home need first?" quiz. Someone who is not ready to pick up the phone can still get a number and a straight recommendation in about thirty seconds, and every result points them to a free estimate. Tools like these are also the kind of page other sites link to, which helps the whole site rank.
And a lot of smaller things
Oh, and while I was at it
None of this is a mockup either. I ran the same checks I'd run for a paying client, and made you a few things to use right away.
And a quick ranking audit
This is a live LeadSnap scan. It checks the Google Maps rank at 169 points on a grid covering Lewisville, Flower Mound, Highland Village and out toward Carrollton. Red means rank 20 or worse (invisible); green means top three.
For "handyman", the biggest term with 201,000 searches a month, the business ranks top-three at exactly one point on the grid. Most of it is red.
"Window cleaning" is a little stronger, a #1 and a few top-three right by the shop, but three-quarters of the grid still does not surface Chilton's.
The green sits right around the shop and almost nowhere else. The ranking is strong at the front door and thins out fast across town. Everything below is the why, and what moves it.
And where AI recommends you
I asked ChatGPT, web search on (July 2026):
"Who are the best handyman services in Lewisville, TX?"
ChatGPT searched the web and named the ones it tells people to call: Your Handyman DFW, Allegiance, Handy People Construction, HandyMan Services North Texas, Mr. Fix-It, plus a couple of firms just outside town. Chilton's was not one of them. The screenshot is right below.
Then I asked about you by name:
"Tell me about Chilton's Home Services in Lewisville, TX."
Ask it about you by name and it knows you cold: a family-owned Lewisville handyman and home-maintenance company that also covers Flower Mound and the wider Dallas-Fort Worth area, doing window cleaning, pressure washing, painting, drywall, fence staining and general repairs. So the information is there. Chilton's just is not the name it puts forward when someone asks who to hire.
So the information is out there. You're just not the one being named yet when someone asks who to hire. That's the kind of thing I'd work on.
Yours to keep
Your mark, animated the way it is built: the four tools swing into the pinwheel one after another, then the name lands. A five-second clip for the start or end of any video you post, and it also runs on this website's header and footer.
Comes in widescreen, vertical for Reels and Stories, square for the feed, plus a transparent version that sits over your own footage.
The same look as the site, on paper. Two pages: what you do on the front, how you work on the back. Print it, hand it out, leave it after a job.
Print-ready PDF, US Letter.
Open the flyer (PDF)Three posts in your brand, ready to schedule: the window-cleaning-to-everything story, a real five-star review, and a seasonal tip. A starter set, and I can make more in the same look any time.
Square 1080Γ1080, sized for Instagram and Facebook.
A code that opens your Google review page the second someone scans it. Print it on a card, the truck, a receipt or a yard sign and hand it over right after a job, while people are happy. Every scan is one tap from a new review.
Vector, so it stays crisp and scannable at any print size.
βWhoa, Aaryan, that's a lot of free stuff. When are you going to try to sell me?β
I'm not. If you'd like to pay me to run your marketing and grow the business, that's great. If not, that's completely fine too. Keep the site and everything on this page, no strings.
There is one thing I'd ask. If you happen to know someone who runs a home-service business and could use marketing help, I'd really appreciate you sending them my way.
